There are a few places where you can get keys copied.
[edit] Random shops on main street
Lots of random stores on the street offer copying of keys - they mostly only mean house keys, BEST keys (e.g. Hopkins keys) you're out of luck for.

Their phone number is (410) 467-4689 and their address is 13 West 25th Street Suite 1. This is near the intersection of 25th Street and Charles Street.

It's in Hampden, at the corner of 34th Street and Chestnut. Closes at six? Has hometown flair?

On Perring Parkway on the way to I-695.
This place makes what are possibly the worst keys ever produced. Of 8 copies requested only two actually functioned in the lock. Never, ever go here to make keys.
They also look at you funny if you try to copy keys sometimes as if they were smelling you
